TERMS OF SERVICE
payment
We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and Affirm. For custom orders you may also do Zelle payments and bank wires. We will provide you directly our banking information to do so.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, we exclusively ship to street addresses and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

US Orders
Domestic orders below 700 USD ship via USPS. Domestic orders over 700 USD are shipped via FedEx with signature required delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your package, ensure that an authorized adult is available at the designated shipping address.

International Orders
International orders are shipped FedEx insured signature required delivery. Delivery windows vary by country and we will contact you directly to confirm your estimated delivery date. Keep in mind that Fedex international shipments commonly take 3-5 days and generally not longer than 7 days (unless a box is stuck in customs). Please note any applicable duties imposed by the country we are shipping to are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed and we do not collect duties at the time of sale.

Delivery Issues
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. If incorrect delivery or order information is entered by the purchaser, KULT is not liable for replacement or recovery. Please double check your address, payment information and products before submitting your order. Contact us prior to shipping if any address correction is needed.

Damaged packages
If your item arrived damaged in transit, please email us immediately with your concern & order number at hello@kultjewelry.com as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with the shipping provider as they are responsible for the damage.
returns and refunds
All of our purchasable pieces are final sale, which means we do not issue returns or refunds.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@kultjewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Any damage to the jewelry or error in the product must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery to qualify for exchange.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges except in the case that your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
