Meaningful jewels are crafted with intention and can only emerge from a thoughtful and purposeful process. When embarking on custom designs, we engage in a step-by-step collaborative process with you, culminating in the creation of a jewel tailored just for you or your special recipient.
Throughout this journey, we'll keep you involved, sharing details and images to ensure the final result aligns perfectly with your vision. Additionally, we're always available to discuss any aspect of the process, ensuring a truly collaborative adventure.
The design brief starts with our first conversation on your project. It is the moment to share valuable information that can inspire design.
Based on your brief, we work on design ideas that will be shared with you in the form of sketches and references. Here you will select the design that we will take to life. A first estimated quote will be provided.
If you possess a stone we would skip this step. Otherwise we will be happy to source your design stone(s).This step can take up to several weeks.
With the stone and selected design we will be able to provide a final quote and move on to production.
Once we have the stone and design, we move on to the realization of the 3D design on computer and create a wax model (via 3D printing or carving). This step helps you visualize your piece in a hyper realistic way and gives us room to fine tune any detail.
Your custom design will be casted, then hand finished by one of our master jewelers, or it will be completely handmade.
Our setting specialist will set your stone(s) with care and precision.
Your piece goes back to the bench for final details, and this is the time for special engravings too.
Once your piece is ready, we organize the delivery with you. For your peace of mind (and ours), we partner with top shipping companies and insure your package.

While every project is different, and the inticracy of the piece affects, please consider that a custom order takes a minimum of 5 weeks. Personalization of an existing model tend to be on the shorter side, and creation of new models with stone sourcing involved might take longer. That being said, if you have a specific deadline let's talk about it.

You are welcome to bring in references as part of your brief, but we respect other designers’ creations and we will not copy designs.
